1. Trachoma
Sand hole is a common problem in supersonic spraying, sand hole will seriously affect the quality of coatings and processed products, taking rolls as an example, sand hole will affect the surface roughness of the product, forming a tiny bulge on the surface of the product, and some products will form microporous corrosion under corrosion-resistant working conditions, affecting the service life of the product.
2. Pitting
Pitting corrosion is also a common problem in supersonic spraying, especially when spraying chromium carbide coating, this problem is mainly caused by the control of equipment and powder, the equipment is unstable, and the powder quality is poor and prone to pitting.
3. Cracking
Crack spraying is an ultra-low quality problem, mainly due to poor control of the production process, wrong spraying parameters, poor quality of spraying equipment, cracks will seriously affect product quality, seriously reduce the service life.
4. The coating has large holes
Coating porosity is a problem that many customers do not understand, because this problem cannot be observed with the naked eye, but can only be seen under a metallographic microscope.
5. The coating is uneven
Uneven coating is mainly due to the instability of supersonic spraying equipment, some factories do not have robots, due to manual spraying can not control the coating thickness, and some companies have defective robot programs, resulting in uneven coating thickness.
6. Coating peels off
The main reason for the coating to fall off is the poor bond strength of the coating, which usually requires the bonding strength of supersonic spraying to be greater than 70MPa, but the bonding strength of some equipment spraying is far from reaching such a bonding strength, and the poor bonding strength of the coating will reduce the service life of the coating.
