Ten precautions for tungsten carbide spraying

Ten precautions about tungsten carbide spraying:

。 Before installing the pressure reducer, the tungsten carbide spraying cylinder should be slightly opened to blow the oxygen valve to avoid dust and garbage blocking the pressure reducer and causing accidents.

。 It is forbidden to put oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and other flammable gas cylinders together. Tungsten carbide sprayed with flammables, grease, oil, and dirt should never be placed in the same place as the oxygen cylinder, otherwise it is easy to burn and explode.

。 When transporting oxygen cylinders or acetylene cylinders, it is important to ensure that the neck of the bottle is facing upwards and that the protective cap switch at the entrance and exit should be properly packaged. When using caps, the protective cap on the neck of the bottle should be placed in an appropriate and reliable place. When twisting the lid, only rotate the lid by hand or wrench. It is forbidden to strike with a metal hammer to prevent accidents caused by sparks.

。 The oxygen barometer nut should be screwed on at least 6-8 buttons on the nozzle of the oxygen cylinder. The tungsten carbide spinneret should be tightened, and the adjustment screw of the air pressure gauge should be loosened, so as to ensure the perfect display of tungsten carbide spraying effect and performance.

。 After filling the oxygen cylinder and pressure reducer, slowly open the oxygen valve to check whether the connection between the oxygen cylinder and the pressure reducer is leaking and whether the indicator light is flexible. When opening the oxygen valve, the head should not face the regulator, but rather stand on the side or back of the regulator. When spraying tungsten carbide leak detection, no pyrotechnics or open flames should be used. Check with soapy water and check that there is no leakage before use.

。 It is strictly forbidden to contact the mouth of the oxygen cylinder with grease, spray tungsten carbide or tighten the valve and pressure relief connecting screws of the oxygen cylinder with an oil wrench. If we have oil on our hands, we must not touch the instrument to avoid a violent combustion explosion.

。 Oxygen cylinders, acetylene cylinders and pressure reducers should be properly placed before and after use to avoid collision and vibration.

。 When using acetylene and oxygen cylinders, they should be placed vertically. Tungsten carbide spraying and fixing brackets are available to prevent falls.

。 Oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders should be kept at a certain safety distance from flammable and explosive materials and places prone to open flames, and the safety distance should generally be more than 10 meters. Under special circumstances, when it is really difficult to reach a safe distance of 10 meters, we must ensure that the distance cannot be less than 5 meters, and safety protection measures should be carried out.

。 The oxygen in the cylinder cannot be used up completely. The residual pressure of tungsten carbide spraying is at least 2kg/cm2. In winter, if the bottle valve and pressure reducer freeze, they can be thawed with hot water, steam or infrared cannons, and it is strictly forbidden to heat with open flames.
